This rib receipt has been Relished by the Weeter Family for years.
I am not sure of the origin but I suspect my Mom got it from Auntie Kalahi sp (Hawaiian) when she traveled over there in the 50's to visit her brother. I love Spare Ribs and have eaten them in more than twenty countries and these rank at the very top.
To be only eaten with the hands and they are Tender & Finger Licking good!

Sweet and Sour Ribs

One last Note:   My Mom would pressure cook them in vinegar & water first then put them in a 325 deg oven and Bake for 1/2 hour. Slightly different taste and maybe a little less greasy.
Either way is great!
